Her background is in Languages and Politics, which enabled her to work for the British and Japanese governments before heading into the commercial world in the field of Pharmaceuticals. She has a long career in Management of Learning and Development, heading up international teams and introducing Coaching into multinational businesses. Before starting her own business, she was sponsored in her MBA and wrote her thesis on Modern Day Coaching.
